Program description
When you request a free on-site estimate through an Instimate calculator, we use text messages to (1) send you a one-time verification code to confirm your mobile number, and (2) support scheduling of your on-site estimate with the home-service business (“Contractor”) whose calculator you used. This is a transactional program tied to a request you initiate.
How you opt in
You provide express consent by entering your mobile phone number and choosing to request an on-site estimate. At that step you are told that you will receive a one-time verification text and a call to schedule. Providing your number is voluntary and is not a condition of seeing your estimate.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction — typically a single verification code, plus occasional messages related to scheduling your estimate.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out and help
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages; you can rejoin at any time by requesting a new code. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@instimate.io.

Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
